Part 3 Building our case Using the Indian Trust

In Oppose Welfare Ranching, Protect The Wolves, Sacred Resource Protection Zone by Twowolves1 Comment

Protect The Wolves™ spoke, both last night and this morning, with the attorneys who have stepped up to help us. They asked us why it seems to be so difficult to get people to actually get involved. They said if all our followers were supporting us they could file our case as soon as humanly possible. They understand we hold wolves and all living things sacred, and believe people need to learn more about our traditional teachings.

Therefore, we will be working with Nikos Pastos, Chief Environmental Officer for Alaska Inter-Tribal Council, along with our staff to organize an educational seminar tour to do just that. In the meantime, without a true legal voice using tools no other has, our wildlife will continue to perish at the hands of greedy state and federal elected officials.

If you want to help get our case filed ASAP, please consider becoming a paying member today. Basic membership is $20.00. If all 57,161 followers became basic members the math equals over 1 Million Dollars for Wildlife $1,143,220.00. Please do not forget we DO NOT PAY OUR DIRECTORS, unlike all of the other large organizations that pay exorbitant salaries to their directors, and regional managers. We volunteer to save what we hold sacred. Please further note that our volunteer staff who have joined us are also unpaid. We now have staff in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, Wisconsin, and Alaska, as well as other states including BC.

Email from our Attorney Group Below:

Protect The Wolves, many thanks for the introductions and for bringing together great ideas and people as well as providing the resources we need to get started.  I look forward to working with everyone and can generally make myself available at a time convenient to others, whether during the week or on a weekend.

We look forward to working with Protect The Wolves in developing an Indian Trust case.  I expect the battle to save wolves and other apex predators is one that will be fought on many fronts.

All the best,

XXXX

  1. While I sent a donation a couple months back, I am not at all sure that it constitutes a membership. Since this article asks for membership, please add a page that clearly indicates donation is for membership.

Experience with other wolf advocacy orgs shows that members will be as generous as they can in supporting aspects of the mission requiring other program donations!
