Here is the name of the Utah Fish and wildlife services I am contacting today, to ask them to prosecute the hunter for the killing of Echo!
Utah Fish and wildlife services requires that hunters identify their targets before shooting! This dumbass obviously didnt choose to acknowledge the fact that the animal was not only twice as big, but also had a collar on!
