We are putting together a Boycott to Boycott the responsible Businesses in
Cooke City-Silver Gate , Montana. The Public need to be made aware of these Individuals as well as refuse to purchase from their business.
Please keep any call the Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks respectful and polite. There is information to believe their agents are “investigating” an entire wolf pack that has been seen in Cooke City. This is likely the Lamar Canyon Pack that has lost their Alpha Female (926F, aka Spitfire) and contains mostly younger wolves who were pups last year. All options are being considered according to MFWP officials. It has not been ruled out that killing the entire wolf pack is off the table. (1) FWP is investigating a public safety issue and is supposedly setting out trail cameras to investigate the situation.
(2) Killing the wolves frequenting the area is on the table.
(3) If the decision is that there is a public safety issue, then the wolves will be dispatched w/o any public hearing or notification. Clearly there is no safety issue.
AT THE VERY LEAST pressure needs to be brought on FW&P to be open and transparent about what they are up to in this very sensitive situation. What is their criteria for Public Safety? – for a start! Clearly there doesnt appear to be a real safety issue… Only their manufactured issue

I am very CONCERNED what public safety issue is being put out there. Wolves have never been a concern when it comes to interacting with humans. THEY don’t want anything to do with us, and take all measures to avoid any interaction. I for one would like to know what the details are that lead you to this conclusion. !!!!

Wolves have been part of this land before settlers and will be when we are long gone. They are vital to a healthy eco system. Let them live in the wild lands, wolves avoid people and are not a danger to humans. This is overstepping and excuse for Montana FPW to serve the own agenda. .
