PGE has set Protect The Wolves™ up as a business account, however PGE refuses to give Protect The Wolves™ a commercial rate. They are charging them Residential Customer Rates which is beyond ridiculous for residential customers let alone a Nonprofit.  We have tier 3 usage on the recent bills that We have received, which under a commercial account is non existent. Businesses pay half of what tier 3 rates are almost. Protect The Wolves™ received a phone call from 1 lady that was not only beyond rude, but prove that we use electricity like a Business. We responded, we use the same lights and heat that any business does and did not realize there was a difference.

PGE neeeds to be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of of a Nonprofit, we have been fighting with them for 3 months , 1 representative says they claim they will request our rate is retroactive to account setup, 1 representative demands we prove we use Electricity like a business not to mention they demanded a list of every appliance, light and heater with wattage that is used.

Protect The Wolves™ received a recent bill  for 2200.00 that cover approximately a 3 month period, with them being in a Residential rate plan which would have ended up being less than half of that had they given PTW a commercial Rate. Is PGE still trying to pay for Hinkley? Why do they have to take advantage of a nonprofit to do so?
