Attention: Mike Webb Chief of Staff Washington State Attorney General
Hi Mike,

We are requesting under the Freedom Of Information Act copies of any and all communication between the Legislative ethics board and your office that relate to the dismissal of all ethics complaints against Joel Kretz Elected District 7 Rep. as to the Legality of their ability to dismiss Ethics complaints that appear to Violate Washington State Laws.

   Please bare in mind that we are a low budget Native American Religious Organization if any costs are involved for such request. To which we would request a waiver for, as this request is to insure that not only Our Children, but that also of the Professors that are in place to teach them are protected with the proper legislation.

Further, I am confused by your statements in Our Telephone Conversation. Per your statement, you claim that the AG can not file criminal charges, however I could send you multiple occasions where this Office has in fact filed Charges in the past.

Mike, our Elected Officials are not above the Law, as such need to realize that there are in fact consequences when they violate our States Laws. Joel Kretz is no different than some of the criminals that we have watched your office file charges against, not only a state resident, He is an Elected Official. As an Elected Official he show set a higher standard, not be allowed to break the Laws of Our State. Mike A State Official appears to have Violated our States Laws! We certainly hope that you proceed down the path that is right and Just, by assisting Protect the Wolves™ Pack and the Victim, Dr. Robert Wielgus in insuring that these charges are in fact filed, and help to propose the Legislation that protects the Residents of the State of Washington, their Children, and Our Children’s Professors.

Copy of our request to file charges to King County Sheriffs Office for your file Mike, Not that you need it, but here it is. We have also forwarded a copy of this as requested to The King County Prosecutors Office Economic Crimes Division as requested by that Department.

Protect The Wolves™ Pack However we will be asking the AG to propose Legislation to Protect Our Children, and the Professors in place to Teach Our Children, along with protecting those very same Professors First Amendments Rights under the Constitution:

Our 501c4 will be asking our Own States Attorney Generals office to propose Legislation to:

1) To Propose Legislation to Not only Protect Our Children’s Professors,but their 1st Amendment Rights.

2) To Propose legislation to appoint oversight committee upon our states ethics board, as it appears that they also have no regard for following our Own States Laws, by blatantly Ignoring the RCWs of Washington State.

3) To propose Legislation that makes it illegal for our states Representatives to issue coercive threats of funding cuts, or other types of threats to their own end, etc. to Our Children’s Publicly Funded Schools, Colleges, University’s.

These requests of proposed Legislation requests to protect our Children, Our Children’s Professors First Amendment rights, are and may be added to through consultation of Our legal Minds Conference.
Proposing Legislation to Protect The Public falls under your Responsibilities as pointed out on The Attorney Generals Website;
