Thank you Cindy Hergenraeder, Cindy was there watching this all unfold with us as the Outfitters riders knowingly Violated the Junction Butte Pack. After refusing to answer 27 phone calls… which sadly is not even in this Report as we were told this onsite at this incident. That tells us that Yellowstone did not care about prosecuting this Outfitter!!
It is Quite Sad that even Yellowstone could not file the truth!! They did not list Protect The Wolves® as a Complainant!! We spoke with them multiple times and Demanded that this Outfitter ” Black Mountain Outfitters” be prosecuted!
Sadly Yellowstone has just been caught in a Lie, Not such a Pristine place any longer with their failure to prosecute them, or list all of the facts, Complainants.
