Native American Religious Rights

I Find It Deplorable that the Washington State Attorney General can not see the

Native American Religious Rights

Discrimination Right in from of their Nose!!

Protect The Wolves® Still contends that even after our nice phone conversation just now with Niel L Weiss, that our Religious Rights as a Native American People are being Violated by WDFW! Even Neil admitted how fast things change when a Foreigner makes a Religious Rights Complaint yet they choose to kick Native American Religious Rights to the Curb given to us as a Native American People in our Treaty Rights!

RE: Profanity Peak Wolf Pack Management Activities Dear Ms. Herman and Mr. Dobson:
Thank you for your recent communication with the Attorney General’s Office relating to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife’s (WDFW) wolf management activities directed at the Profanity Peak pack. I have been asked to address your inquiry and respond on behalf of the Attorney General.
Our office appreciates your support for wolf recovery in Washington and understands your concerns regarding any lethal removal of wolves in the state. However, WDFW’s actions are in compliance with all applicable federal and state law and policy. We are not aware of any legal rights held by members of the Cowlitz Tribe relevant to state wolf management activities on the former north half of the Colville reservation. Finally, there are no tribal courts that have any subject matter jurisdiction over these management actions.
Please be aware that this office is authorized to provide legal advice only to state agencies and certain state officials. We are not authorized to provide legal advice to private citizens. Our policy, therefore, is to provide informal assistance of a purely general nature where possible. In this light, I hope the information provided above has been of assistance to you.
Thank you again for contacting the Attorney General’s Office.
Sincere
Neil L. Wise Senior Counsel
