FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) – In a story Jan. 12 about a Mexican gray wolf program, The Associated Press reported erroneously that livestock owners could kill any wolf that is biting, wounding or killing livestock on federal land. The provision includes dog owners and applies only to non-federal land.
