Protect The Wolves™ To File Amicus Brief in
USDA Lawsuit.
With the assistance of Adam Carlesco, Attorney that represented Dr. Robert Wielgus, Protect The Wolves™ will be filing an Amicus Brief in Support of Western Watersheds Projects USDA Lawsuit Filing.
The Current NEPA Study is over 20 years old, and all of their current actions should be halted until a new EIS and NEPA are completed. They have failed to follow mandated policy and procedure it appears in order to Pander to the kill everything Wyoming Mentality. Which would make their current policy mute.
We do not see any mention at all in the 1998 FONSI Decision and Determination that they consulted with ANY Native Americans nor Tribes. Further, We will be working on figuring out if we can add our proposed “Sacred Resource Protection Zone” language in any way as an additional one of their failures. Can We? not certain yet.
USDA Wildlife Services has blatantly disregarded our Religious beliefs as well as the policies and procedures outlined for them to follow.
